STRUCTURAL DIAGNOSIS & PHOTOVOLTAIC ENGINEERING
Structural expertise compliant and insurable
-
Load-bearing Capacity Calculation
Verification of structures (steel, timber, concrete) under new permanent and climatic loads, in compliance with Eurocodes. -
Visual Diagnosis & Surveys
On-site inspection, destructive testing if necessary, and 3D SCAN surveys for modelling. -
Reinforcement Design
Sizing and execution drawings for reinforcements if the structure is undersized.
-
Structural Stability Certificates
Delivery of calculation notes, insurance certificates, and OPQIBI certifications required by control offices and insurers. -
Field Vision
Proposal of cost-effective reinforcement solutions adapted to site conditions.
-
Eurocode Mastery
Finite element calculations according to EC0, EC1 (snow & wind), EC3 (steel) and EC5 (timber).
The structure as the foundation of your solar performance
We step in to perform verifications according to standards to secure your investment and the structure's longevity.
Climatic Loads
Roof integration alters the loads applied to the structure.
We recalculate these impacts according to Eurocodes to enable the installation of photovoltaic panels and ensure the structure’s durability.
Compliance with DTU Standards
Compliance with DTU 43.1 (waterproofing) and DTU 40.35 (roofing). We validate the compatibility of the fixing systems with the existing structure.
Warranty & Insurance
Our certified calculation notes ensure total compliance. Our deliverables guarantee your decennial insurance eligibility and secure the launch of your project.
APER Law: A mandatory requirement for roof & car park solarisation
Enacted to accelerate renewable energy production, the APER Law imposes extensive photovoltaic equipment obligations on managers. It applies to both existing outdoor car parks (via the installation of solar carports covering at least 50% of the surface area) and the roofs of commercial and industrial buildings (new builds, extensions, or major renovations).
INGEFORCE guides you in transforming this regulatory constraint into a sustainable energy asset, whether reinforcing a roof structure or founding a solar carport.
Deadline: July 2026
For large car parks
(> 10,000 m²) and new commercial buildings.
Deadline: July 2028
For intermediate car parks(> 1,500 m²) and extensions to existing buildings.
Financial Penalties
Up to €40,000 administrative fine per year and per site until compliance is achieved.
Our Response
A comprehensive diagnosis:
load-bearing capacity of existing roofs and feasibility of car park solar shades.
