Project management assignment for the SNCF from the expression of need phase to the acceptance phase. Verification of existing structures (ESQ), design of new footbridges (APS/APD), creation of documents for the consultation of companies (PRO/DCE), participation in technical/financial submissions, selection of companies (ACT), monitoring of studies, DET/visas phase, organisation of study and works meetings, planning and monitoring of works (EXE), organisation of works acceptance operations and removal of reservations (DOE/AOR).

Refurbishment and maintenance of the roof access facilities on the rafters.
Removal and replacement of existing walkways and equipment.
Civil engineering work / concrete structures at the level of the existing pits.
Installation of new metal section walkways.
Installation of maintenance equipment (HVAC, locks, loft spaces, sheep pens, overhead travelling crane).
