The story of a passion and a commitment
It all began in 2018 with one man: Thomas PRZYBYLSKI. With 12 years of experience in a major construction group (Baudin Châteauneuf), first as a project engineer and then as a works director, he decided to launch his own engineering consultancy.

His vision: an independent, pragmatic and committed firm, specialized in steel structures, civil engineering and building envelopes, working on both new builds and renovation projects.
A specific area of expertise: large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
His goal: to meet tomorrow’s challenges with a rigorous technical approach and a real impact on the future.
From the outset, the direction was clear: combine technical expertise with the agility of an independent structure, capable of responding precisely to the expectations of both public and private project owners. Initially working alone, Thomas gradually expanded the business through increasingly technical projects in industrial, rail and commercial environments.
The team grows,
the network expands
Orders came in quickly, collaborations multiplied, and the network kept growing. The arrival of Cédric Lointhier (CHEC engineer) in 2022, followed by Nicolas Hamer (CESI engineer in a work-study program), Benoît Poinsignon (ESITC engineer), and Raphaël Duzellier, sales director, marked a key milestone for the company. A complementary and close-knit team, united by shared values of rigor, collaboration, solidarity and integrity, came together.
This momentum led to the creation of a structured group: INGEGROUP, which now brings together INGEMETAL (headquartered in Moselle), INGELUX (Luxembourg), and several regional offices in Paris and the Île-de-France area.
Its organization enables it to take on a wide range of projects while staying close to the regions and attentive to their needs.

As a true conductor of an orchestra, we work closely with the various parties involved, architects and project managers, to organise the structural design for the overall shape of the project.

The history of INGEFORCE is also marked by the gradual integration of environmental and energy issues. It is no longer possible to build as we did before. The climate emergency is here. The building sector is one of the biggest emitters of CO₂. It bears a major responsibility in the ecological transition. Building also means making choices.
